Money Transfer
Where and how can I send money from my Morpara account?
You can send money from your Morpara mobile account to your bank account and Morpara users. Approved users can only send money to bank accounts/credit cards in their own name, while Contractual users can send money to bank accounts/credit cards that do not belong to them.
Click on the "Transfer" menu at the bottom of the Morpara mobile app and select "Send Money".
If you want to transfer to a Morpara account:
1. Click on "Send" > "Money Transfer to Morpara Account".
2. You can either select a "Send to Phone Number" or enter a "Send to Account Number" to make a transfer to the Morpara account of your choice.
If you want to transfer money domestically:
1. Click on "Send" > "Domestic Money Transfer",
2. Select the type of money transfer you want, either to your bank account or credit card,
3.Fill in the recipient information, amount, payment type and description fields,
4.Click the Continue button,
5.Check and confirm the transaction details.
Can I send money from my Morpara account to credit cards?
Yes, you can send money to credit cards from your Morpara account.
If you are an approved user, you can only send to credit cards in your name, and if you are a contractual user, you can send to credit cards that are not in your name.
Can I send money to all domestic bank accounts?
If you have an approved account, you can only send money to your own bank accounts. If you have a contractual account, you can also send money to someone else's bank accounts on a privileged basis.
Can I top up my Morpara account from someone else's bank account?
If you have contractual account status, you can top up your Morpara account from someone else's bank account.
You can send money to your account by sharing your IBAN and Morpara account number from the Load > From Bank Account> Morpara IBAN (Special IBAN for you) or Wire Transfer / EFT / FAST menus or from the "Account Information"
If you have Unapproved and Approved account status, you can only top up your Morpara account from bank accounts in your own name.
Can I send money to an account that is not a Morpara user?
If you are a contractual user, you can send money to people who have another bank account and are not Morpara users. Approved users can only do this for their own bank accounts.
Can I send money from my Morpara account to other prepaid cards?
Yes, you can send it.
Can I save the accounts/IBANs I send money to frequently?
You can't save it at the moment, but this feature will be added to our app with the updates we will make for you very soon. Stay tuned for Morpara innovations!
Can I send money from my Morpara account to a cell phone number?
You can send money if the person you want to send money to is a Morpara user.
For this:
"Transfers" > "Send Money" > "Money Transfer to Morpara Account" and continue with the "Phone Number" option on the Recipient page.
You cannot send money to people other than Morpara users by phone number. You can make money transfers faster by inviting your relatives to Morpara.
Will it show that I am a Morpara user to the people to whom my number is registered?
If you provide directory access, yes, you will appear among your relatives' Morpara acquaintances. When they want to send money, if they click on "Money Transfer to Morpara Account" and select "Send To Phone Number", they will be able to see that you are a Morpara user.
No, we do not have such a feature at the moment.
