Privacy and Security
A transaction on my Morpara account is not mine, what should I do?
If you see a transaction in your account that does not belong to you, you can immediately write to our e-mail address destek@morpara.com or contact us at 0212 215 3242 to report the situation. As MORPARA customer service, we will review the transaction and take the necessary steps.
Do call center agents have the right to ask for a password?
To protect the security of its customers, Morpara never asks for passwords by phone or email. Call center agents may ask for some information for authentication, but this information does not include your password.
Can I close my card to the sectors/institutions of my choice?
No, you cannot restrict transactions specific to sectors or institutions. You can only make restrictions specific to domestic and international use.
A paired device is the device you log in to use the Morpara app. The first time you use a device, Morpara will send you a code. You can pair the device by entering this code. Paired devices provide a faster and more secure transaction experience.
Are my savings safe?
Morpara, A ÖDEME VE ELEKTRONİK PARA HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., obtained an operating license on 27.10.2022 within the scope of the Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions. Within this framework, Morpara systems observe the highest security standards to ensure user satisfaction, security of user information and prevention of unauthorized access to our systems. It is regularly audited by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) and the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. You can safely store your balance and savings in your Morpara account.
Why do you want contacts access?
In order to connect with Morpara users stored in your contacts and to use our free money sending and money request features between Morparans, you need to grant access to your contacts. The numbers stored in your contacts are not registered in the Morpara system. We also recommend that you give directory access to your contacts who are not yet Morpara users so that you can invite them to Morpara and benefit from our periodically updated Invite a Friend campaigns.
