Frequently Asked Questions
You can send money from your Morpara mobile account to your bank account and Morpara users. Approved users can only send money to bank accounts/credit cards in their own name, while Contractual users can send money to bank accounts/credit cards that do not belong to them.
Click on the "Transfer" menu at the bottom of the Morpara mobile app and select "Send Money".
If you want to transfer to a Morpara account:
1. Click on "Send" > "Money Transfer to Morpara Account".
2. You can either select a "Send to Phone Number" or enter a "Send to Account Number" to make a transfer to the Morpara account of your choice.
If you want to transfer money domestically:
1. Click on "Send" > "Domestic Money Transfer",
2. Select the type of money transfer you want, either to your bank account or credit card,
3.Fill in the recipient information, amount, payment type and description fields,
4.Click the Continue button,
5.Check and confirm the transaction details.
Yes, you can send money to credit cards from your Morpara account.
If you are an approved user, you can only send to credit cards in your name, and if you are a contractual user, you can send to credit cards that are not in your name.
If you have an approved account, you can only send money to your own bank accounts. If you have a contractual account, you can also send money to someone else's bank accounts on a privileged basis.
If you have contractual account status, you can top up your Morpara account from someone else's bank account.
You can send money to your account by sharing your IBAN and Morpara account number from the Load > From Bank Account> Morpara IBAN (Special IBAN for you) or Wire Transfer / EFT / FAST menus or from the "Account Information"
If you have Unapproved and Approved account status, you can only top up your Morpara account from bank accounts in your own name.
If you are a contractual user, you can send money to people who have another bank account and are not Morpara users. Approved users can only do this for their own bank accounts.

You can send money if the person you want to send money to is a Morpara user.
For this:
"Transfers" > "Send Money" > "Money Transfer to Morpara Account" and continue with the "Phone Number" option on the Recipient page.
You cannot send money to people other than Morpara users by phone number. You can make money transfers faster by inviting your relatives to Morpara.
If you provide directory access, yes, you will appear among your relatives' Morpara acquaintances. When they want to send money, if they click on "Money Transfer to Morpara Account" and select "Send To Phone Number", they will be able to see that you are a Morpara user.
No, we do not have such a feature at the moment.
1. Click on "Transfer Money Abroad".
2. Select the country you want to send from.
3. After entering the amount you want to send in TL, you can check the "Transaction Fee Included" menu according to whether you want the transaction fee to be charged within the amount you send or excluding the amount you send.
4. After selecting the currency you want to send, you can see the currency equivalent of the amount that will reach the recipient right next to it. After clicking the "Continue" button, you can proceed to the "Recipient Information" step.
5. Enter the recipient information and complete the transaction. You can see your receipt at the end of the transaction.

Money transfers to bank accounts are made between 09:00 -17:15 on weekdays except public holidays. For amounts of 100,000 TL and below, you can make your transfers 24/7 with FAST.
If you have approved account status, the bank account you want to send money to must be in your name. For domestic banks, you must write the IBAN and other information of your TL account correctly.
In order to send to bank accounts that are not in your name, you must have Contractual Account status.

In the recipient section, you need to select either the phone number or account number option. In order to proceed with the phone number option, you must have allowed the Morpara application to access your contacts.
After continuing according to your selection, continue by typing the amount you want to send on the amount page that opens. On the next page, you can write a transfer description if you wish or you can continue the sending process without writing it. Check the information on the confirmation page and confirm your transaction.
Yes, you can send money from your Morpara account to your bank account 24/7. Moreover, your transfers under 100.000 TL are realized with FAST.
