You must first load money to your Morpara account from a bank account of your own and become an Approved account.
You can upload money from the Transfer > Deposit Money > From Bank Account menus
You can use the information on the "Morpara IBAN" screen, or you can proceed as "Load money from my account > Load from Bank Account > Wire Transfer / EFT / FAST > the bank of your choice" and complete your transaction by writing your Morpara Account number in the "Description section.

You can top up your Morpara account for free from your bank account. In addition to the money transfer fee of the bank you use, Morpara does not charge any fees. You can access the fees and all fee information you will pay for money loading transactions from ATMs on our page https://www.morpara.com/en/fees-and-limits/.

You can top up your Morpara account with your Morpara Card at bank ATMs with VISA logo.
• Insert your Morpara Card into the ATM and enter your card PIN.
• Select the "Deposit" option.
• Enter the amount you want to top up.
• Add the amount you entered to the add money section and confirm the transaction.

Money deposits to your Morpara account via Wire Transfer/EFT/FAST from your bank are usually reflected in your account within seconds. During periods of system congestion, deposits made by Wire Transfer/EFT/FAST are reflected in your account within a maximum of 1-3 hours. ATM and credit card deposits are transferred to your account instantly.
