Can I pay with Morpara using QR?
Yes, you can pay with QR on our mobile app. For this, you must have a Morpara Card defined to your account. To make a QR Payment;
1. Enter the quick transactions menu indicated by "P"
2. Enter "QR Transactions".
3. Go to the "Make Payment" menu.
4.Scan the Qr and continue your transaction via POS.
How can I pay bills from the Morpara app?
To pay bills from the Morpara app:
1. Open the Morpara app.
2. Click on the menu button at the bottom center and continue "Payments" tab
3. Select the "Pay Bill" option.
4.Select the invoice type (electricity, water, natural gas, internet, etc.).
6.Select the billing institution.
7.Enter your subscription Information.
8.Check the amount and click "Continue" > "Approve"
The bill you paid with your Morpara account is usually reflected in the institution within a few minutes. However, depending on the bank or institution, the processing time may take up to 24 hours. Can I cancel a paid invoice?
Once the invoice has been paid, it cannot be canceled. If you notice an error in the invoice, you need to contact the billing agency.
Do I pay a transaction fee when paying a bill?
No, there are no extra transaction fees when you pay your bills with Morpara.
