A Odeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.S. (hereinafter referred to as "Morpara") has an information security management system under the supervision of senior management to ensure the security of information in accordance with business needs, laws and legal regulations. 

Company management provides support for the implementation of the information security management system at Morpara, and assigns and directs when necessary. The information security management system is ensured by a defined risk management approach and information security policies where basic rules are determined. These policies are shared within the company in a manner accessible to all Morpara employees. The purpose of information security policies is to manage information security risks and ensure adequate security of information. All company employees are responsible for the implementation of the rules written in these policies in the business processes and information assets they are responsible for. The appropriateness, adequacy and effectiveness of the company's information security management system is independently reviewed. Independent review results are reported to the management and relevant records are kept.

The Company determines and implements security requirements in line with legal regulations. All personal information of Morpara customers is protected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey. In the recording, processing and sharing of personal information, the applicable laws and regulations are complied with in order to comply with the principle of data confidentiality. Important records of Morpara are protected against loss and corruption. The obligations in the legislation are taken into account when determining the retention periods of the records.

 

SAFETY TIPS

  • Do not keep your personal information and password on your computer/mobile phone. Your ID is an extremely important document. Therefore, do not keep a scanned image of it on your computer.

  • Increase the Security Level of Your Passwords

  • Never share information such as reference number, amount, recipient, etc. regarding the financial transactions you perform with third parties.

  • When setting a username/password for your Morpara account, do not set a password from easily guessable information such as name, date of birth. Keep your personal information or password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Do not write this information anywhere.

  • Don't Share Your Information

  • Morpara will never ask or request your Morpara Password verbally or in writing via e-mail, SMS or telephone. For this reason, please do not disclose your Morpara Password and your password to third parties who request it from you.

  • If you receive an email from an address that appears to belong to Morpara requesting you to submit your personal details or password, do not reply to this email. Morpara will never ask or request your passwords verbally or in writing via email, SMS or telephone.

  • Make Sure Your Personal Computers Are Secure

  • Always use licensed programs and operating system on your computer. Constantly update your operating system and programs.

  • Take care to use protection shields such as antivirus, anti-spyware and personal firewall.

  • Always scan the programs you download from the Internet or want to install on your computer for viruses. Do not install unfamiliar programs on your computer. Especially pay attention to files with ".exe" extension.

  • We recommend that you do not leave the computer while the applications are open.

  • Do Not Use Unsecured Wireless Networks

  • If you use ADSL for your internet access, switch off your connection when you are not using the internet.

  • Wireless methods such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, infrared may pose a risk of unauthorized access to mobile phones. For this reason, do not use wireless networks that you are not sure of their security.✓ Do not accept files via Bluetooth that you do not know the source and reliability; keep these applications closed when you do not need them.

  • To use our website, instead of clicking on any link, type www.aodeme.com.tr in the address bar of your browser.

  • Do not rely on any e-mail address that does not have the extension www.aodeme.com.tr

  • Receipts of the transactions you have realized will be sent to your e-mail address or contact address registered in our system upon your request.

 

POSSIBLE HAZARDS

Be informed in order to take precautions against virus attacks and other similar dangers that are curious about security on the Internet.

  • False e-mail links,

  • False page links listed in search engines,

  • Unsafe advertising and sponsored links on websites 

  • The links in the SMSs perceived to be sent by Morpara 

  • Phishing Attacks In this type of attack, also known as phishing attacks, false messages such as high billing information, gifts, discounts, campaigns, prizes are sent to the e-mail accounts of the users and it is aimed to steal sensitive data such as credit card information, identity information, Turkish ID number, customer number. Fraudsters can use this information for different purposes. It is aimed to cause material or moral damage. Phishing Attacks are false e-mails that appear to be sent by various financial institutions and appear to contain urgent and very important issues.

  • Precautions Against Phishing Attacks: 

The most effective method of protection from phishing attacks; if the incoming e-mail directs you to a site, check whether these sites have https(s) installed. A site with a security certificate receives https. 

  • URL links in suspicious e-mails are not clicked.
