Dear individual customer, you have made a written application to our organization within 2 years at the latest from the date of the transaction or action subject to the dispute (which is of individual nature and therefore does not fall within the scope of commercial activity) regarding the dispute you have experienced due to the services we provide, and this application has been made within 20 days from the date of your application; if your application has not been answered, you have the right to apply to the Individual Customer Arbitration Committee of the Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey ("TODEB") in accordance with the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures Regarding the Individual Customer Arbitration Committee within 60 days from the date of the response, if your application has been answered negatively or if you do not find the answer given sufficient.
